Family Law Attorney David Housel Joins Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP


Housel’s addition as partner expands firm’s Frisco team

Family Law attorney David Housel is the latest addition to join Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson’s (ONDA) Frisco office as a partner. 

Mr. Housel is an experienced Family Law trial attorney, who has handled more than 50 jury trials. His expertise includes child custody, property division, child support visitation, modifications and marital agreements. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Housel has also handled grandparent child custody cases.

Mr. Housel has been practicing law for 27 years. He has a personal devotion to Family Law as he is a child of divorce and he’s inspired to work tirelessly to protect children involved in Family Law situations. 

“I’m deeply committed to planning the right solutions for the children and their parents,” said Mr. Housel. “And I’m honored to be working with such an accomplished group of attorneys.” 

Mr. Housel earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico. He is an active member of the legal community, belonging to the Denton County Bar Association, where he served as director. He is a member of the Collin County Bar Association, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, and the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court. In addition, he has earned an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
